Hello , 

I believe I replied to John     before this posting , to advise that on a
previous occasion  I was  advised  that the RSGB can't publish anything
concerning  SK's without direct  information from  the family , following an
unfortunate incident some years ago that was either malicious  or
embarrassing , I wasn't told. 

 I  contacted  the  webmaster  several days ago   and asked him  to place a
note on the site   referring all G0V enquiries to the bureau,  until a new
manager is appointed . He is usually very responsive  so there must be a
reason for the delay , I will  contact him again .   Hope this  helps

Hello all

A few weeks ago I learned that Peter Eames M0AXD, who is the sub manager for
the G0V series calls had passed away. My envelopes were returned by
(presumably) a member of his family.

Last weekend I checked the list of sub-managers on the RSGB web site and
Peter is still listed. So, from with the web site I sent a polite email
suggesting that his details should be removed. I'm sure that the last thing
his family wants is more and more communication from radio amateurs at such
a difficult time.

Sadly, the list has not been updated and it seems I have wasted my time.

Maybe someone reading this mail will have contacts in the right places ?
