Although no longer in the industry, we used to use UV resistant ties, sadly
I can't remember the make but I think they'll have come from RS.
I'm not sure simply being black will aid a cable ties longevity.

UV is an issue but less so if you use black ties, my company installs
large overhead runs using black cable ties that are over 5 yrs old
still in good service.
On the other hand I have seen white ties degrade to where they fall
apart in less than a year.
