[UK-CONTEST] Choice of Frequency - Start and Finish time.

Here is an idea to think about. 

I know what frequency I would like to use in contests certainly on 80.  I also am one of those that like to "warm up a frequency" .....   were in the rules state that I cannot do this?

It appears to me there is one simple answer, and will make it a lot of fun if a rule came in were by we ALL had to change frequency at the start time, by at least 10Khz!

The start time of the contest being 1400 for example, the QSO in the log 14.00.30 is the start.....and the last qso in the log that counts for points is the qso that is timed at 17.58.00. 

" All Stations taking part in the contest to set their PC clock....Shack clock......stop watch or whatever by the BBC time signal 1 hour prior to the contest"

Wouldnt that be a simple answer ?    ................
