True Tom - but equally Magnus, having asked the question, would not then allow 
the questionee (is that a real word?) to um and ah for an extended period while 
he/she dredges out the answer from the depths of memory. And, accepting that, on 
VHF/UHF in particular it may take a couple of minutes to complete a marginal QSO 
(which would be the contesting equivalent of pondering over the answer to 
Magnus' question), you have to draw the line somewhere. Hence the rationale as 
set out in Steve UFY's recent e-mail.
