I would enter all the QSOs from scratch in either N1MM or SD (using the 
enter off-line function).  Having entered the band/mode and date once, you 
only then have to enter the time, the station worked and received serial no. 
I doubt it would take you more than 15 minutes.  I suspect it has taken you 
more than that already to export, import, export, upload to RSGB and read 
the error warnings.
