[UK-CONTEST] longest beverage in the UK?

I don't recall who (someone here will) but there used to be a regular
topband op. who connected to the telephone lines running along a disused
railway track. I believe the total length was about 10 miles. Not exactly a
Beverage, I guess, but quite an antenna!
