A word of thanks to the committee for once more producing these results so quickly and the new look Beru web pages look really good too.
 
As Nigel mentions the team competition could hardly have been closer, if VE7CC had not been late with his entry and operated unassisted then we would have been totally 'creamed'. Congrats to the VE boys who ran us so close and with two less team members, I note from the list of entrants that there was a lot of spare capacity for their team who had not been nominated. ROC team are certainly going to have to shift up a gear in 2012!
 
During the contest I was very interested in following Gerry @G6PZ and Justin @G0KPW all the way through as it was nip and tuck all the way. The finish could hardly have been closer and from his soapbox comments Gerry  conceded defeat! Well, it;s never over until it's over, and that includes the log checking. Well done both.
 
Thanks to all entrants who make this event what it is, whether cndx be good bad or indifferent we stick with it.
