As far as I am aware Stewart, and I'm happy to be put wise by anybody who knows 
for sure, UBN is a term coined by CQWW and stands for Unique/Busted Call/Number.

Great to see UBN reports being sent out now for the CC events but I've always 
wondered what the letters stand for - anyone enlighten me?
