Hi 

  I think it's a great idea, issuing the UBN reports. It should make us all take 
more care with the Q and not just the Q rate.
The FISTS motto applies here. Accuracy transcends Speed!  
  I am beng extra careful now, but even so, it is possible to coincide overs 
such that you think you have worked a station and
really he is working somebody else. Been there......

How about an award for the station who has the lowest UBN count for the year?
