Hello all

Slight correction to my earlier posting - I checked the official UBN webpage 
at  http://www.cqww.com/cqwwubn.htm
and U B N stands for Unique - Bad - Not-in-log

UBN reports are a double-edged sword - the intention is that you use them to 
improve copying or logging deficiencies, but they are difficult to make 
accurate. For example at GB7HQ in 2009 we had a whole bunch of perfectly 
valid callsigns declared as 'uniques' - entirely due to some software blip 
during the creation of the UBN file.

Everyone who enters a contest should receive a UBN file, even if their error 
rate is 0.0%.  Hope we get one for BERU....
