There is no way he gains any advantage as I understand it.   The 
adjudicating system can not tell what he actually sent or what you  actually received, 
so you both find yourselves in a "no match"  situation and neither of you 
gets a credit for the qso.  He looses just as  much as you.  73 Derek G3RAU
