[UK-CONTEST] BERU UBN?

Hello all

Interesting discussion about serial numbers being one out. Of my 14 received 
serial number errors in BERU, 7 were one digit out i.e. the second digit.

WinTest has a known bug which, depending on how the sending station has 
configured the contest, results in errors of the above type.

I am not suggesting that this is the reason for my errors, just that it 
might be in 1 or 2 instances. (I was using WinTest and it seemed to be 
sending what I expected it to send)
