Well you can't have better proof of a QSO than a LoTW confirmation.

I know that these RSGB UBN reports are relatively new and I guess they are 
still being developed, so I am sure the Contest Committee are equally 
interested in this thread. Hopefully they will be refining things so that 
the UBN reports are as accurate and as useful as possible in future.

One thing that should probably not be in a UBN report (IMHO) is that a 
contact is a duplicate - no points would have been claimed for this 
duplicate so it does not need to appear in the UBN.

The 'serial number one out of sequence' (WinTest) problem is linked to WT 
being configured as Multi-Single I think, with several PCs. This is quite 
common at single-op/SO2R stations nowadays - I had 3 PCs connected for BERU.

The stations I worked who were flagged as 'one out s/no' were :
G3MPB, 9M6/VO1AU, G4KNO, G3JRM, G4FSU, G4CWH
- any of you guys using WinTest ?
