Progress indeed Les.

Having done this task before I know what a fine job the adjudicators do,
each and every one of you.

But the speeds these days of publishing contest results are I feel
sacrificing some common sense in applying penalties to small logging
errors (computers don't do common sense!).

I for one would happily wait an extra month for the results if I knew that
what was tabulated had had some manual intervention resulting in a more
realistic score for each entrant.

UBN penalties I can live with, but a 100% deduction for a serial number
transgression is just plain wrong.
