[UK-CONTEST] PSK and CC80

I dislike the PSK mode as well and feel that it isn't suited for contests.
A very years ago I hadn't ever used RTTY but decided to try to find out how
to use it, totally encouraged by the CC80 series. When PSK was added I then
learned how to use PSK as well. So CC80 benefitted me as well as no doubt
several hundred more.
Now, why do I dislike PSK and why do I think it is not suited for
contesting.
I dislike PSK because I find it difficult. That is not a good reason to
recommend dropping it; I should concentrate on improving my expertise.
I am not sure why I think it is not suited for contesting; it is probably
because I find it difficult!
There is no doubt it is slower than RTTY but raw speed is not what
contesting is about, it is getting the best speed (and accuracy) from
whichever mode is being used not comparing to the achieved speeds of other
modes.
So why is PSK not suited for contesting?
