[UK-CONTEST] Electronic QSL's

Hi,

This is a bit off topic but I've tried loads of avenues and drawn blanks all round.

Are electronic QSL's, EQSL etc, valid for RSGB awards, specifically at VHF and above. I'm under the impression they aren't, even when certificated. But I can't get an answer from any of the obvious channels, RSGB, awards manager, QSL bureau, or VHF manager.

If they are could someone tell me which are and those that aren't. I've been using eQSL, but once you send one it's nigh on impossible to solicit a real card. What with all the dupes too, I've had to stop using it.
