[UK-CONTEST] NFD Registrations down

Hello all,
                Interesting comments from both camps about rules 
interpretation/changes.
One thing to bear in mind is I hear that there are 11 fewer 
registrations for NFD entry this year.
I am sure the Contest Committee are bearing this decline in mind when 
considering any possible rule changes.
