Unfortunately not. The list of permitted contests for which SCCs may be used
is at:
http://licensing.ofcom.org.uk/binaries/spectrum/amateur-radio/apply-for-a-li
cence/ofw286.pdf - and it doesn't include VHF NFD.
There are a few contest groups who have "acquired" an old two letter suffix
callsign which they use for VHF NFD - this is probably as short as one can
get!
