[UK-CONTEST] Contest logger comparisons

The moral of the story here is do not use Wintest, while it has such a 
"feature". There are other logging programs that do not have this "feature".

As for adjudication, if I was doing it with this known fault then I 
would relegate the log to a check log on callsign, band and time and 
ignore the serial number.

So power to your elbow Quin if you work through it so the other end does 
not loose out.
