[UK-CONTEST] Contest logger comparisons

As far as I know this can only happen if the contest setup is multi-single.
Why would anyone choose this setup for NFD? I've used WinTest almost since
it was released and have never had a problem with it. In fact, I find it
indestructable, but each to his own.
I'm glad the adjudicators are actually checking that the serial numbers are
received correctly. However, to deduct points for a single serial
discrepency, especially when there is a known (setup) issue seems a bit
hard.

Yes alan,
It caused us and others to initially loose points in last years NFD
all because the received serial could be out by mainly plus or minus 1,
and in some cases more. N1MM has a serial number server so does not
have a problem.
The CC are aware of it, and have been so for a year. 73 Clive
