[UK-CONTEST] RadCom Contest whinge in the last word again!

Looks like some of you have received the July RadCom, no sign of it 
down here yet. I won't comment until I have read the letter, but you 
have to accept that there is a significant proportion of the UK 
amateurs who are not so enthusiastic about contests as most of the 
subscribers of this reflector.
