[UK-CONTEST] RadCom Contest whinge in the last word again!

Trouble is 'good news' tends not to make headlines and the contented don't write letters. Maybe a letter of support for contesting would be appropriate, or has that been done?

I'm less concerned about the moan about contests: as has been said, everyone's entitled to their opinion, although this will go round and round forever.

I'm more concerned that The Last Word has turned into a moaning page for grumpy hams, virtually everything written is negative. Conversely I was reading QST today and, whilst there is the odd moan, the letter page tends to be a whole lot more positive. Get a balance RSGB, some of us are perfectly happy and positive about amateur radio.
