Let's put things another way. According to Don's article in the July 2011
Radcom membership in 2010 was 21,416. By my calculations if 300 contesters
wrote then they are putting over the views of 1.4% of the membership. Hardly
democratic. Maybe we should listen to the whingers a bit more and put our
house in order.

Ok so stop whinging about negative letters here and everyone put pen to
paper/fingers to Keyboard and write to RADCOM Last Word and flood the RSGB
letter page with positive letters about contesting and less about negative
items.
300 letters a month from contesters should do more to make the RSGB and the
obviously dull editor of RADCOM take stock of how dull and tedious his
letter page is becoming.

I also subscribe to QST and I must admit it is a far more entertaining read
than Radcom.

Mind you there are several of us who use this space simply to whinge and I
must admit I am guilty of that, but then again this is probably the place
for it. But do some of the threads have to go on for quite so long after all
done to death is done to death. When you are getting the same comments
repeated time and again then maybe it is time to move on.

Mr Editor take note MOVE ON.
