[UK-CONTEST] Club calls and SCCs in LotW?

I will not be the formal trustee of this new LotW account. The current 
trustee of the club licence doesn't have a personal LotW account, but I 
understand the need to keep this application separate from any future 
account that he may wish to set up.

So to apply for a club account, the current club licence holder will 
need to send a photocopy of the club licence (page 1) ... plus what 
other form of ID? This is the part that the ARRL website doesn't make 
clear.

Club callsigns in the USA are validated from the FCC database, but it 
isn't clear what kind of additional ID is required for clubs outside of 
the USA. Is it the trustee's own personal ID, some kind of ID for the 
club, both... or what?
