[UK-CONTEST] BERU 2011 next weekend

Hello uk-contesters

Next weekend features the BERU 2011 (a.k.a. Commonwealth) contest - a unique
event where rare DX stations are making a special effort to work UK
stations. Note the start time - 1000z Saturday 12th March until 1000z Sunday
13th March - 80m to 10m - CW.

Inter-UK QSOs do not count for points, apart from working the UK HQ station
GB5CC which counts as an extra multiplier for you. I will be operating GB5CC
and looking for UK stations on all 5 bands. (There will be VE, VK, etc HQ
stations active as well)

One of the fun features of BERU in recent years is the Teams competition -
if anyone wants to try working as many of the team members as possible, I
have made up a checklist, which you can download (as a Word .doc) from :

At the moment this list does not include Team Asia or Team N.Z. - I will
update the checklist if / when I get info about these teams. There may also
be some last-minutechanges to the other teams. Full info about the BERU
