Found this site most valuable much more use than Vine !

Filton winches on Versatowers
If your Fulton or other winch gets worn ie fibre pads worn its worth finding a 
local mechanical aids maintance outfit.
I got a replacement 2nd hand winch "Heavy duty" cheaper than buying the parts 
from either UK or USA.
Watch out many of the winches you see for sale are boat winches .
I would not recommend them as most are not safe for tower lifting Spend more and 
keep ur fingers !
Local to Leicester are "lifting gear  supplies"

Mine got mislaid abt 30 years ago !
