[UK-CONTEST] nfd rules

Hi All

I've been vaguely toying with the idea of entering the NFD open section. We've never done it before so I've just had a look at the rules and there seems a little ambiguity.  The NFD rules linked from contest calendar clearly say 100W max, but right next to that the  "open section" link suggests that the power limit in the open section is the legal limit.

Can anyone confirm (or not!) please the the CW NFD Open Section CW NFD limit is 100W please?
