Dear Iain,
Roll your own.
Buy 5mm PTFE rod (comes in 1m lengths for around £1.50. Google or E-Bay or RS).
Cut into 8 125 mm pieces
Drill 2 holes, each ~5mm in from an end. Making sure they are parallel.
Hole size a bit smaller (20-30%) than the wire to be used.
Cut from hole to end with craft knife.
Wire pushed in will snap into position. I use a blunt tool to push the wire
and stretch the two wires horizontally when making.
Last for ever, shed water and dirt brilliantly.
If you use ETFE jacketed wire it is as near lossless as nature allows.
Need 2 or 3 per metre with 19/02 wire.
