The dates for mosot of the HF Contests are fixed, so it is not too complex 
to create a PROVISIONAL calendar

Again, I stress that this is a *PROVISIONAL* calendar and is subject to 
minor changes right up until the 2012 RSGB Yearbook goes to press at the end
