Hi Reg,

It doesn't neccessarily mean they will actually enter, just showing how they 
did. I suspect though it's more not being aware of the rules, as there are a 
lot of newcomers to the UKAC's. No excuse, but understandable.

We've had a little debate about NoV's and SCC's alread y on here.
