I am getting close to the end of the process of revalidating all the
links on the Supported Contests page of the N1MM Logger documentation,
so this seems like a good time for a plea directed to contest organizers.

You can help publicize your contests, and assure continued support by
the authors of contest logging software, if you will do a few easy things:

1.  When you move your contest's rules to a new web page, whenever
possible please put a redirect on the old page, to send people to the
new one.  Somewhat unbelievably, the ARRL failed to do this when it
unveiled its new web page, so every single link in our table to ARRL
contests was broken.

2.  Separate the rules from the year-specific content, such as results
from the last year or announcement of the coming year's content.  Every
time I run across a rules URL like "http://hypotheticalcontest2010.htm"
I know that it will be broken before the next running of the contest.

3.  If you change your rules, or the multiplier list, please let us know
enough in advance of the next running of the contest so that we can
incorporate the changes.
