[UK-CONTEST] Cyprus Callsigns

The international callsign allocations for Cyprus are:  5B, 
C4, H2, and P3.
Amateur ratio callsigns need to have a numeral added to 
the international allocation.

As the letters C, H, P, E have not been allocated to any 
nation, the calls C4x, H2x, P3x, and E7xx do not comply 
with the regulations.  The Cypriot authorities appear to 
know of their past errors because P33W is now on the air,  
which is compliant.
