[UK-CONTEST] Club Calls and N1MM

The N1MM development team have just released an updated version (11.1.1) that encompasses the changes to this year's event - and added a few enhancements.

1. Any 4 character code is now accepted
2. The club "code" is now stored in a field which is included in the Call History function
3. Non-UK QSOs were erroneously scoring as zero - now fixed (thanks Les, G4OGB for spotting that one)
