I too found it frustrating that it was so crowded at the bottom yet empty 
above 3700 (one QSO).

All this does is allow the big guns (and I mean quiet locations, good 
antennas) to get a head start on the rest of us, then we have to play 
catch-up after the initial chaos.

Perhaps the QSY rule should be that you make alternate QSOs in each 
*section* of the band? !!
