Dear Contester.

You are invited to compete in the RSGB 2nd 1.8MHz CW Contest on 19th / 20th
November 2011, 2100z - 0100z

For UK competitors, exchange is RST + serial number & district code.
Overseas stations just send report and serial number. Any other exchange
from competitors in other concurrent contests should be recorded as
received.

Note change for 2011 -- Stations outside Europe work Europe only, Stations
in Europe work everyone.
