One additional to the rules will be entries to include:-
 
1. Full name as may be required on any certifcate that could be awarded.
2. Valid email address, otherwise certificates will not be issued unless application made to Awards manager.
 
These extra bits of information can be included in the Cabrillo file when sending in an entry, as certificates are now issued by email.  Simple really no info...no certificate.
 
This year it has taken me literally days tracking down names and email addresses to send out around 200 certificates for the BARTG contests since September 2010.  I was supposed to have plenty of time having retired , early, in 2010, but back in work now until at least Q1 2012, so any help when you enter a BARTG contest will help process any award.
 
As a reminder any entry to a BARTG contest will count towards any of the many certificates that BARTG issue, without the need for QSL cards or scans,  just send a list of contacts you made to myself having paid the fee by paypal, or sent other forms of payment.
