[UK-CONTEST] Portable operation PLI

Hi all,
 
I have been going portable ontop of a local hill owned by the forestry commision for a couple of years.  They have now stated that they require me to have 3rd party public liability insurance, has anyone had this issue before, if so is there any good rates out there as I only go portable around a dozen times throughout the year.
