[UK-CONTEST] Bob Waters G1SMI - Silent Key

I like many others cannot believe I will not hear his dulcet tones on a
Tuesday night on the UKAC contests.
Bob had helped out in various contest over the years as part of the
Warrington Contest Group on VHF/UHF/SHF and I am sure members past and
present will remember his wit and humour on those occasions at
Leek,the last one being VHF NFD 2011.
I especially remember him travelling upto Orkney to activate this for many
amateurs as well as activating some rare WAB squares.

We will ALL miss him greatly.
