As one of the more vocal critics of the CC rule changes, both on and off 
reflector, I welcome Ed's acknowledgement of mistakes that have been made 
and hope we can all move forward.

Creating a set of rules for any contest is a much more difficult task that 
it might appear at first glance, so I am sure that the new systems being put 
in place will help avoid future problems.
