An interesting one Dave. G4ADV is the Newquay RS so it would be reasonable to anticipate a /P. They haven't put an entry or check log in this year. I 
guess it was a 50/50 chance which way the adjudicator decided to go, ie assume since it is a known club callsign they were /p so penalise those who 
didn't log it, or as in our case assume /P was incorrect. That is assuming there was human input!!

Our QSO was 27 in so again reasonable to assume the operator knew whether he was portable or not.
