Tuesday evenings 23cm UKAC suffered with really flat conditions with the low pressure circulating the UK.
Despite that, activity was high even with a few of the regulars absent.
At least 12 stations were active from Scotland.
Multipliers were lower for me this month with IO74, 78, 84, 87 and JO01 missing.
There was a very good level of activity from the north and midlands and exceptional from IO91.
Considering how poor the conditions were, it came as a surprise to establish that just 9 of my 35 contacts were made on CW.
ODX was Hans PA0EHG via aircraft reflection.
The strength of his CW signal warranted flicking over to SSB to make the contact.
I heard him again later on working Alan GM0USI and he was even louder via another aircraft.
Bob G8DTF IO83 made it into the log running just 3w on SSB.
Others running 10w or less were worked on CW including Richard G4HGI IO83 (3w), Keith G4ODA IO92 (10w) and Tim M0AFJ IO92 (9w).
