I was actually thinking of a call with just one dash, seen here in print
today. But there is also 5H5EE.

SE5E for example?  Agreed, he should have a handicap applied. He could, of
course, use

a cut number in his call! That would confuse everybody..........

What about calls that are 90% dots? Do they give an advantage? :-).

Good posting Paul - thanks.  But you forgot -

I don't like stations who send dit-dit after a QSO.
That's cheating cos it's faster

and

I don't like contests, cos I have to be competitive !
