[UK-CONTEST] UHF Connectors

Ken,
They are not expensive.
We used them at work in the BBC as a base band video connector (1 volt in 75 ohms impedence). Other types which were of declared impedance were BNC and MUSA. MUSA were used in jackfields and their name comes from the initial letters of the design requirment to make "Maximum Use of the Space Available". They are barely wider than the coax they terminate. Has anyone ever seen an impedance mentioned in connection with PL 259/SO 239s? I have not.
As for the name "UHF CONNECTOR", I have also heard it said erroneously that it has a constant impedance up to and including but not beyond ZERO Hz. Enough said.
