Suhner rate N types as good for 4kW up to 30MHz and 2kW at 150MHz 
(1:1 VSWR), the curve suggests it's current limited with skin 
effect. Working voltage is 1kVrms, with the dielectric good for 
2.5kVrms. From memory, on hipot they typically arc at 4-5kV.

I've run them with 20kW pulses at 200MHz, total reflection all 
phases, without breakdown.
