For info, there were at least three station on that frequency including me
for 20 minutes.

I noticed in the contest today one station worked the entire contest on
3.600 MHz dead. That put their modulation sideband fully in the narrowband
data segment of the band.
Have we got to the point where the Contest Committe need to allow for the
sidebands when publishing the contest rules, i.e. to specify carrier between
3.603 and 3.750MHz instead of just specifying operation between 3.600 and
3.750 MHz for todays phone contest?
