No, you should not use /QRP in contests, or any other time. /QRP forms
no part of any callsign and most people will log it without the /QRP.
In a contest it just wastes time and slows down the other operator.
I operate QRP all the time. I never ever send /QRP and find the
practice most annoying. Save yourself any arguments - by all means tell
the chap you are chatting to that you are running QRP during a QSO but
do not imply it is part of your callsign.
