[UK-CONTEST] 50MHz UKAC and the new bandplan

Bear in mind that there was a possibility of Auroral contacts last
night. Not sure if many 6m DXers go into Aurora, or whether there was
any. Despite what the media were trying to say yesterday, it seems most
the UK was only in the light blue area of the auroral circle (see
http://www.swpc.noaa.gov/pmap/pmapN.html) and the K index never got
above 5 (we really need a K of 9 to get good visible aurora in Southern
England). There may have been some auroral propagation but talk of
visible aurora was wishful thinking down here (even if the cloud wasn't
there).
