CQ WPX has a 'Tri-Bander/Single Element' sub-category..
"(a) Tribander/Single Element (TB-WIRES): During the contest an entrant shall use only one (1) tribander (any type, with a single feed line from the transmitter to the antenna) for 10, 15, and 20 meters and single-element antennas on 40, 80, and 160 meters."
This approach is more practical than ERP, particularly in this case for LF where it precludes the use of 4-squares etc?. The single element restriction could be extended to 10, 15 and 20 too - is that the sort of thing you're looking for?
Never had the impression much use is made of TB-WIRES though....I never have.
