[UK-CONTEST] Contest output powers in CQWW 160

In last November's CQWW CW contest I was using a vertical on 40m about 100m from the shack. I emailed Bob Cox K3EST (Contest Director) to check that I could run more than 100watts (low power section) to allow for feeder losses as the rules weren't that clear (unlike RSGB).

He confirmed that the power levels referred to power from the TX and *not* at the antenna, and apologised for the ambiguity. 

Does anyone know for sure CQWW160 rules are different to CQWW DX?
