[UK-CONTEST] Belgian Contest 2012

Anyone considering a serious entry in the event should note that the 6m (30/09/2012) and 80m CW (14/10/2012) legs of the Belgian Contest have both been shortened by one hour this year and will run from 0600 to 0900 UTC.
